I just stumbled across USA Track & Field – Route Search page. It has a searchable database of running routes with short descriptions and user ratings based on location and distance. It even uses google maps to display the route with mile markers built right in (making this the coolest implementation of the google maps API I’ve seen yet). I can already tell this is going to an awesome resource as I train for the Boston Marathon this year.
